Good day, Ball4lyfe family and friends,
Â
We’re immensely grateful for your unwavering support during our B4L March Madness Tournament. It was a resounding success, and our teams have shown remarkable growth.
Â
Our 3rd/4th grade team is steadily building upon its foundation despite this weekend’s numbers not fully reflecting their progress since inception.
The 5th grade green and black teams showcased their competitive spirit, although they faced challenges in finishing contests.
In an intense Division 2 final, our 6th grade black and green teams competed fiercely, with Black securing the Championship by 2 points in the final seconds. Special recognition goes to Braylon, Leo, and Luke for making the All-Tournament Team, Hunter for earning the Mr. Hustle Award, and Ryder for his exceptional performance as the Most Valuable Player.
Our 7th grade team had an outstanding weekend, reaching the finals before narrowly losing by 3 points. Their 3-1 record was impressive, with Asher and George earning All-Tournament and Mr. Hustle honors, respectively.
The 8th grade white and green teams displayed great determination, with the green team reaching the semifinals. Additionally, the 8th grade black team competed against older opponents for tougher competition.
Our 9th grade white team showed resilience, finishing 1-2 in only their second tournament. The 8th grade black team also performed admirably, reaching the semifinals with a 2-3 record.
In a commendable effort, both our black and green 9th grade teams challenged the 10th graders. The black team stood out as finalists, while the green team reached the semifinals.
Â
Thank you once again for your incredible support and dedication. Here’s to continued growth and success for our Ball4lyfe teams!
